What is Denistars?
Denistars is comprised of an exclusive team of hand-selected professional chefs specialising in providing personalised culinary experiences in the comfort of your home or at your chosen location.
How do I reserve a chef for my event?
Browse through the selection of menus to choose from and, once you have chosen your menu, confirming your booking is as simple as providiing a few details and making a reservation deposit.
What is the Denistars guarantee?
Denistars understand that circumstances can change. Providing a deposit guarantees a chef for your chosen meal however, should you no longer require your booking, simply cancel with a full refund up to seven days before the reservation date.
What if I have guests with vegetarian, vegan or special dietary needs?
Any dietary requirement can be satisfied. Once you have made a reservation, you will be contacted to finalise your booking and to enquire on any special requirements or allergies. Your menu will then be personalised especially for you.
Who are the chefs?
Denistars are different from other private chef services as all chefs are specifically selected and formally employed by Denistars. Most other private chef services are middle-man introduction service. Not just any chef is accepted into the Denistars team, only professional chefs who have extensive backgrounds and experience in high-end restaurants and catering may become part of Denistars.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment for the reservation is made online through our secure payment system via credit or debit card. Final payment may be made by bank transfer or in cash.
Can the offered menus be modified?
Yes. Denistars offers the ability to customise all menus based on your preferences and dietary requirements and you will be contacted before your reservation to fine tune all aspects of your service.
What happens on the day of my event?
Your chef will arrive approximately two hours before your chosen dining time with everything needed for your service and will prepare, cook and serve your meal. Afterwards, they will clean the kitchen leaving it impeccable.
