No Representation
The company does not warrant or represent that your access to this platform or any of its features, including the booking system, will be uninterrupted or error free or that any materials accessible through this platform will be free of harmful components.

The company will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information transmitted to this platform will remain confidential and protected from unauthorised access but does not warrant against unauthorised access and will not be liable for any unauthorised access by any means to that information.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will the company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of any kind arising out of access to, or the use of this platform, including loss of profit and the like whether or not in the contemplation of the parties, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the company harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach of these terms and conditions.
Client Accounts
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any client account or services for any reason, without notice, at any time and without any right of compensation.
The company reserves the right to refuse services or client accounts to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
The client may request removal of their account at any time and removal of personal details will be handled according to our privacy policy and applicable law.
Violation of any of the terms specified in the terms of service or privacy policy will result in the termination of the client account.
Obligations of the Client
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure their contact information is correct and up-to-date, and no responsibility will be held by the company should any communication fail to reach them.
Service Terms and Conditions
Services
The company provides a service consisting of introducing clients to assigned chefs with the purpose of preparing and serving meals at the location of dining events using the equipment present at the event. These services are provided as-is.
Payments
The client agrees to pay a pre-established deposit upon confirming the reservation, with the remaining amount to be paid before the event commences.
Prerequisites
The client undertakes to provide a functional and suitable kitchen for the chef to carry out their work.
Information of any dietary restrictions must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Liability
In the unlikely event that the chef providing a service is involved in personal or material damage resulting in a loss for the client, such damages will be the exclusive responsibility of the chef assigned to them.
Any reclamation derived from the provision of services will be the exclusive responsibility of the chef, exonerating the company of any liability.
Cancellations
Events may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to their reservation date with the client receiving a full refund of any monies paid. Should the client cancel the services within 7 days of the reservation date of the event, any deposit paid will be forfeited. Should the client cancel the services within 3 days of the reservation date of the event, the total amount for the services will be payable. In the event that the assigned chef cancels the services, the client will be reimbursed the full amount already paid.
The company reserves the right to cancel any provision of services at its own discretion, at any time and for any reason, without entitling the client to any claim of compensation or payment other than specified in these terms and conditions.
Modifications
The client will be sent, electronically, contact information for their assigned chef who will arrange any modifications to the services provided upon request and at their discretion. Any modifications to the services must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Long Term Private Chef Service
The long term chef service includes the actions of purchasing the ingredients, the preparation and the serving of the chosen menus, and the cleaning of the kitchen, all of which may cover a maximum period of 4 hours. Should the service surpass the maximum period, or extra time is requested, an additional charge will be applied for each extra hour in proportion with the service cost. In the event that the pre-arranged commencing times for each service are not respected the client will be responsible for paying for the additional time in the same manner.
The client agrees to pay a pre-established deposit of the total price of their services upon confirming the reservation which will include an estimated amount established as a provision of funds for ingredients and travel costs, which are not included in the cost of the service. The final payment must be made before the end of the contracted period. Prices may be subject to revision at any time for booking periods longer than 6 months.
Alcoholic Beverages
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is expressly prohibited.
General
The use of this platform and all of its associated features constitutes agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Alicante, Spain.
