I am Toni, a passionate chef with a diverse culinary journey and an unwavering passion for creating exceptional gastronomic experiences. My journey began in the kitchen of an author’s cuisine restaurant, learning from a chef with a Michelin star in his past. There, my salary was knowledge, and each day was an investment in my future. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honour of collaborating with renowned restaurants in the Valencian Community, many of which are featured in the prestigious Repsol guide. Each kitchen was a new stage to explore flavours, textures, and techniques. My style has been forged in the fusion of ancient traditions with contemporary trends, creating dishes that are both innovative and respectful of their roots. My passion for travel has taken me around the world, from the bustling markets of Asia to the luxurious flavours of the United Arab Emirates. Each destination has left an imprint on my cuisine, and every dish I create is a narrative of lived experiences. At Denistars, I have the privilege of bringing this vision to each client’s table.
