My training in hospitality and my experience at prestigious establishments such as Grupo Vips, Gino’s Restaurant, the iconic La Montería in Madrid, and Saga in Moraira, Alicante, have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of high-quality ingredients, authentic flavour, and attention to detail in every dish I create.
