I have worked in various different countries and restaurants, such as Llisa Negra by Quique Dacosta in Valencia, Habitual by Ricardo Camarena in Valencia, Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza, and El Patio de Cuba in Australia, where I developed my international culinary skills. My cuisine is full of flavours from around the world and creative in its use of techniques. I like to bring happiness and share emotions through my dishes.
