Professional chef with over 12 years of experience, Chef Marco worked in different countries and restaurants such as Llisa Negra by Quique Dacosta in Valencia, Habitual by Ricardo Camarena in Valencia, Hard Rock Hotel in Ibiza, El Patio de Cuba in Australia, where he developed his international culinary skills.
His cuisine is full of flavours from around the world and creative in its use of techniques. He likes to bring happiness and share emotions through his dishes.
