About Me
Hi! I'm Max, a young, well travelled, energetic and personable chef from the UK, speaking Spanish to a high level. Classically trained in French cuisine, with a passion for Mediterranean and Pan-Asian fusion concepts. Inspired by health, nature, and the cycle of food, I make everything from scratch, with an emphasis on nutrition and taking nothing from great flavour and execution.
Many of the fresh ingredients you'll eat come straight from my garden! My interest in natural ingredients gives me plenty of inspiration when it comes to vegetarian, vegan and speciality diets.
I specialise in fresh seafood and hold a deep love for high quality meat and having spent my entire career in hospitality, it now flows freely through my veins. I have an outstanding eye for detail. To me, sharing food together is more than eating delicious and beautiful dishes. It is a special experience and a chance to create everlasting memories.
