I am passionate about gastronomy. Another of my passions, which is travelling, has led me to discover aromas and flavours totally different from those of origin that have opened my palate to international cuisine, fusion and Caribbean cuisine. I like to adapt the kitchen to the diner and that he enjoys the experience. I love to cook everything, using spices that I have collected on my travels. My intention is not only to offer a memorable gastronomic experience at home, but also to be able to transmit tricks to improve nutrition and flavour in our daily diet.
