My path in the world of fine dining has taken me from the kitchens of opulent villas to the decks of luxurious yachts and into esteemed diplomatic circles. With over 15 years of experience, I've honed my skills as a private chef, bringing them to a diverse range of events and special occasions. While my Mediterranean heritage forms the core of my culinary style, my passion for exploring new flavours has led me to master cuisines like Japanese, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Peruvian, and more. My deep appreciation for fresh, quality ingredients and my unwavering commitment to continuous improvement (Kaizen) are evident in every dish I create. Adaptability, innovation, and a natural knack for teamwork are my defining characteristics. I am dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences. Clients have commended my ability to transform their culinary visions into reality, tailored to their unique needs and expectations. My culinary journey has also led me to serve as a private chef at the residence of the United States Ambassador in Madrid, where I've earned recognition for my exceptional performance. Beyond my role as a private chef, I am the proud founder and CEO of the Travelling Foodies Club, a passionate community dedicated to exploring global flavours through culinary journeys. As the owner of Cata's Restaurant in Dénia, Alicante, I received the esteemed first prize in the Dénia Tapas Route in both 2021 and 2022. With a diverse culinary education, boundless creativity, and a warm and engaging personality, my mission is to continually redefine the realm of fine dining, offering exceptional culinary experiences at every event.
