Post-training, I worked in renowned London restaurants such as the Michelin starred City Social and The Ivy Club, focusing on innovation and quality. Now in Spain's Costa Blanca, I have refined my skills at Grupo Republic in Denia and The Food Bar in Moraira, blending traditional Spanish flavours with my unique style.
