With 15 years experience in the kitchen working with various restaurants my cuisine is based on tradition with modern touches and current techniques.
Always happy and friendly and that is what my kitchen reflects, always maintaining that professional touch, but those homemade flavours that we seek and transport us to the depths of our memories, whether from childhood or from places visited or trips in our lives.
I have extensive experience in cooking and pastry having worked as head chef, head pastry chef, designer, menu creation, menu, buffet and catering.
